What you will do
Own and drive product, program, or portfolio strategy, including strategic planning, annual marketing plans, and launch execution.
Analyze the competitive landscape and translate insights into differentiated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Lead segmentation, targeting, and customer engagement strategies to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
Establish pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, P&L drivers, and overall portfolio goals.
Define success metrics, milestones, and KPIs; monitor performance and adjust strategy based on data and market feedback.
Forecast sales using market trends, product performance, and financial analysis, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
Conduct post-launch evaluations, applying lessons learned to optimize future initiatives and portfolio decisions.
Influence and mentor across the organization, building strong cross-divisional relationships and external partnerships with key industry and market thought leaders.
What you need
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years of work experience
Preferred:
• MBA
• Minimum 5 years medical device or marketing experience
$118,000 - $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
