The Brand Marketing Lead executes brand strategies and identifies new opportunities for assigned products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis. Responsible for brand-level development, including market analysis, product acquisitions, and brand management.
What you will do:
- The Brand Marketing Lead has an advanced level of responsibility and is normally looking to become a specialist within either Education or Brand.
- This role would generally focus on one of these areas, although the role could be broader and cover many elements of Marketing.
- Responsibility may be for a specific country (local) or for a whole region (Central)
- Provide support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
- Develop, drive, and have ownership in central and local tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results
- Perform sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations, or publicity
- Gather internal and external market insights, learning trends, etc., for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
- May develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps,s and driving new product launches
- Develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events, and drive marketing campaign execution (central role)
- With support from the manager, allocate and manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
- May provide direct sales support in the field
What you need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of work experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- MBA preferred
- 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
