What You Will Do- Support integration project planning and execution by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and work breakdown structures aligned to delivery milestones
- Develop and maintain integration reporting by producing weekly and monthly dashboards and metrics that track progress, risks, and outcomes
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and lessons learned, enabling informed short‑ and long‑term decision making
- Collaborate on budget development and tracking by using reporting tools and data to monitor spend, forecasts, and variances
- Contribute to risk management efforts by supporting risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning across integration initiatives
- Maintain integration tools and resources including project workbooks, playbooks, and shared collaboration sites to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align activities, share insights, and support integration governance forums and working sessions
- Support integration events and communications by preparing data‑driven materials and metrics used for leadership updates and publications
What You Will NeedRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in project coordination, analytics, operations, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience preparing dashboards, metric reports, or executive‑level data summaries
