Role: APAC P&C Employee Life Cycle Ops Analyst
Location: Gurgaon, India
What You’ll Do
- Manage payroll inputs and reconciliations for 2000+ employees in India; APAC exposure preferred.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Process employee life cycle transactions—promotions, transfers, exits—with zero errors.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with country-specific laws and company policies.
- Support automation initiatives and digital workflows.
- Track payroll metrics and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain and Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in Workday and ServiceNow.
