Role: APAC P&C Employee Life Cycle Ops Analyst 

Location: Gurgaon, India

What You’ll Do
  • Manage payroll inputs and reconciliations for 2000+ employees in India; APAC exposure preferred.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Process employee life cycle transactions—promotions, transfers, exits—with zero errors.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections. 
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with country-specific laws and company policies.
  • Support automation initiatives and digital workflows.
  • Track payroll metrics and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain and Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in Workday and ServiceNow.
