The MSFS Middle Office team leverages our expertise for the seamless execution of trade matching and allocation for leading investment funds and their brokers. The team plays a pivotal role in providing top-tier services, leveraging advanced dashboards that deliver actionable insights and empower clients in treasury management. Primary Responsibilities:
Trade break management and reporting for client executed trades
Process management for client related collateral/margin and reporting queries
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships with the hedge fund clients as well as develop technical systems and product knowledge in order to provide first class client service.
Liaise with global stakeholders including IT to develop a broker neutral client trade matching platform
Work with existing and new clients setting up and on-boarding them onto both products
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Varied product exposure – one or more of equity, swap, fixed income, listed and OTC products
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced setting
Critical thinker with track record of process improvements
Execute sound judgment in client responses and escalation
Skills Desired:
Prior experience in hedge fund and/or hedge fund administrator middle office operation
Trade affirmation experience using DTCC, Omgeo (Oasys and CTM), and Traiana a plus
Prime Brokerage Margin, Collateral Management, Settlements experience

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
