We are seeking an Service Delivery Center Site Lead to manage a strategically located delivery center that delivers scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective services to support regional and global needs. You will combine operational leadership, people development, and strategic alignment to maximise the delivery center’s contribution to revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with global delivery frameworks.
What you’ll do
Lead the delivery center operations, ensuring consistent achievement of SLAs, CSAT/NSAT targets, and commercial objectives across professional and managed services.
Own site-level performance, including P&L, utilisation, delivery margins, and alignment with the global Delivery Center framework.
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing delivery workforce, driving engagement, capability development, and succession planning.
Partner with regional, service line, and framework leaders to align capacity with demand, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
