About the team
The Transaction Management team is primarily responsible for managing the operational processes that enable the seamless and continuous sale of loans originated by Zillow Home Loans (ZHL). The Transaction Management team is integral to Zillow Group’s efforts to streamline the real estate transaction process. By ensuring efficient and controlled loan sales, the team directly supports Zillow’s mission to to make home a reality for more people.About the role

You Will Get To:
Assist Capital Markets team with development efforts to sell directly to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, Whole Loan aggregators, and non-agency Investors
Coordinate with Capital Markets trade desk and loan delivery teams for whole loan and servicing sales. Troubleshoot transaction issues and provide recommendations for operational improvement
Support Transaction Manager with distressed loan sales as needed
Reconcile investor purchase advice and compare the execution relative to expectations, provide analysis and feedback to management
Review and reconcile post-sale items such as holdback, EPO/EPD invoices, escrow releases, note transfers/re-certifications, and post-fund data corrections
Build out reporting to monitor and manage loan sale pipeline as needed
Manage note release process and initial certification process with our document custodians
Work with Servicing team to resolve any servicing transfer related issues and function as a liaison between Zillow Home Loans and servicing buyers
Who you are
BA/BS with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
Experience working with Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment to improve results
Highly proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and data driven organization
