We are looking for a Delivery Customer Success Manager – Microsoft Licensing Specialist who can advise customers on licensing matters, ensure compliance, optimize licensing costs, and provide support throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Specialists, Marketing, and other internal teams to support Microsoft-related initiatives.
- Prepare Microsoft RFPs and support upsell/cross‑sell activities for existing customers.
- Contribute to targeted customer campaigns and participate in internal and external presentations as a Microsoft solutions expert.
- Provide Microsoft licensing support, including internal training and education for the SLM/SAM team.
- Manage Microsoft quotations, order documentation, and enterprise contract processes.
- Support Sales teams with strategic customer engagements, helping develop business plans and maximize commercial opportunities.
