• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as applicable).

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, APIs, and integrations).

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the ServiceNow Requirements program.

• Act as a technical reference, providing mentorship and support for complex incidents.
