Design, develop, and maintain solutions on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as applicable).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, APIs, and integrations).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the ServiceNow Requirements program.
Act as a technical reference, providing mentorship and support for complex incidents.
