As a Financial Accountant focused on Record to Report, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information, enabling confident decision‑making across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we optimize, simplify, and elevate our accounting processes while partnering closely with teams across the business.

What You Will Do
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records in compliance with local and U.S. GAAP, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Execute internal control activities, including SOX‑related controls, to uphold a strong financial governance environment.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report accounting transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end accounting and reporting process using ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Hyperion).
  • Review business reporting, perform financial analysis, and provide insights that support local operations and country‑level decision‑making.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and support information requests, calculations, and clarifications.
  • Respond to and support internal and external audit inquiries with accurate documentation and explanations.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across accounting workflows.
  • Own the accounting activities for assigned entities and ensure consistent operational excellence.
  • Support the Senior Accountant in daily operations and contribute to the completion of accounting projects and documentation.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent accounting certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and data management.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with internal control concepts such as SOX.
  • Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
