The Senior UX/UI Designer is a collaborative and strategic role dedicated to developing and executing the design strategy for SPI digital platforms & products. Working closely with Product teams, COEs, Regions, and SPI Leadership, this role ensures the user experience aligns with SWO goals and delivers maximum value by transforming a disparate range of tools into a unified digital experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX/UI strategy for SWO SPI products and services, focused on tooling consolidation and a unified interface. 

• Develop and execute a design roadmap that delivers prioritised UI capabilities and features required by COEs. 

• Understand the broader ecosystem of SWO products, identifying opportunities to simplify complex outcomes and leverage shared design components. 

• Translate market UI trends and best practice and internal SWO needs into the strategy and subsequent designs 

• Identify and mitigate UX risks and issues, manage design escalations, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. 

• Collaborate with COE, sales, and delivery teams to capture and validate requirements, creating high quality mockups and success criteria for implementation and tracking.
