About the Role
As a Sr. Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager, your role will focus on providing high-level executive support while overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational functions to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will leverage strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage executive priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and support strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to drive operational excellence, improve workflow efficiency, and enable informed decision-making. To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive, detail-oriented leader and trusted partner, capable of anticipating needs, managing complexity with confidence, and ensuring seamless operations, executive effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
As a Sr. Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager, you will contribute to a variety of areas including:
- Proactively managing calendars and coordinating onsite and offsite meetings, including all aspects of the meeting as needed (technology, food, travel, etc.).
- Making travel arrangements and ensuring trips are well organized and coordinated, and ensuring expenses are submitted on time.
- Team coordination of budgets, training, and awards.
- Managing timely responses to work requests with autonomy.
- Identifying and solving moderately complex process issues, setting priorities, and making decisions based on quality and accuracy.
- Implementing improvements to administrative and operational processes.
- Setting an example for other executive assistants and leaders within the business unit as part of a broader team for purposes of sharing information, best practices, and providing back-coverage across departments.
- Working on special projects and programs. This may involve projects for leadership as well as cross-department initiatives such as recognition programs.
About You
You’re a good fit for the role of Sr. Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a similar field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of administrative experience.
- Project coordination and adaptability with the ability to work well with all levels of internal employees, executives, and outside clients and vendors.
- Project management experience.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- High level of integrity in managing confidential information.
- Ability to anticipate business and leadership needs and proactively carry out duties.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment of tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.

The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $85,500 USD - $158,700 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
