Job Details

The Project Administrator ensures strong financial control, data accuracy, and operational discipline across the project portfolio. The role supports Project Managers and PMO leadership by monitoring performance, maintaining governance standards, coordinating core project activities, and providing timely reporting and insights that help keep projects on track.

 

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, vendor funding, invoicing, payment milestones, and overall profitability.
  • Produce recurring financial and project health reports—including bimonthly updates, portfolio trend analysis, tracking, trending, and escalation summaries—for PMO leadership.
  • Validate and maintain project data quality across all systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with PMO standards, RAG criteria, governance requirements, and audit expectations
  • Develop and use reporting tools to evaluate project health, identify improvements, and drive proactive or corrective actions
  • Supports Project Managers in verifying progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and executing project setup, monitoring, controlling, and closure activities such as resource management, hours & budget consumption, risk management among others.
  • Executes project management tasks for low complexity projects such as, coordinating kickoffs, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and maintaining stakeholder communication.
