Transformation Lead - FX Operations - Vice President

The FX Transformation team specifically delivers strategic change across Foreign Exchange asset class from a front to back perspective. This Vice President role plays a critical leadership role in driving and delivering strategic transformation projects across the FX Operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
The FX Transformation team collaborates with stakeholders across Operations, Technology and Business Unit, to apply first-class project management techniques with a spirit of continual improvement. The team delivers change to enable and protect business revenue, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, realize cost savings through efficiency and renovation and reduce risk to the franchise.
The FX Transformation team focus on business requirements, process design and optimization, user acceptance testing, and implementation and post implementation risk mitigation and management.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing senior leadership and guiding strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with front to back goals.
* Lead delivery of complex, multi-year programs impacting trade processing, confirmation and settlement.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
* Collaborate with Global Operations, Technology and Business partners to secure buy-in and engagement.
* Communicate program objectives and progress to senior leadership.
* Drive automation solutions to enhance trade lifecycle efficiency
* Identify opportunities for capacity optimization across platforms and processes
* Manage and mentor a team of change professionals across FX Transformation.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Skills Required
* Understanding of fixed income products and operational processes.
* Strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced leadership and strategic thinking.
* Expertise in change management and transformation methodologies.
* Ability to manage complexity and deliver under tight timelines.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Automation tooling experience e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, AI.
* Understanding of trade lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives.
