DESCRIPTION
Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for the Aftermarket sector? We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to lead and grow our presence across New South Wales and Tasmania .
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our Distribution Business, managing high-value OEM & INDEPENDANT relationships and driving the sales strategy for our aftermarket products. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their success while identifying new avenues for our business growth.
Location - Sydney is the preferred location for a Remote Office
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account sales plans that align with our long-term business strategy, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
- Relationship Leadership: Build and maintain "trusted advisor" status with assigned accounts and OEM partners.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market footprint.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and implementation of commercial contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service.
- Data-Driven Performance: Maintain precise sales forecasts and track progress using data to pivot strategies where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Industry Expertise: Significant experience in Aftermarket Account Management with specific experience in OEM responsibility (Required).
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in purchasing or complex commercial contract negotiations.
- Relationship Skills: High-level communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a Technical field, OR equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Independence: The ability to manage a large geographical territory (NSW & TAS) effectively, balancing travel and remote account management.
