As a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow, you will:
Lead technical delivery of ITOM/ITAM implementation projects
Design and configure CMDB, Discovery, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud integrations
Connect enterprise data sources (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, cloud APIs, security tools, etc.)
Advise customers on best practices and long-term platform strategy
Run technical workshops and guide future-state solution design
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards and deliver measurable outcomes
You’ll work across public/private cloud, enterprise infrastructure, and modern environments — turning complex IT landscapes into trusted, governed CMDB ecosystems.
