The role
Step into a pivotal role that will shape the future of our Robotics Enabling Technology portfolio across the South Pacific. As a Product Manager, you will help bring innovative technologies to surgeons and patients by leading strategic initiatives, enabling successful product launches, and driving impactful commercial outcomes. This is your opportunity to influence market growth, work with global teams at the forefront of medical innovation, and contribute to projects from their earliest inception.
What You Will Do
- Develop strategic product forecasts and plans that support business growth and portfolio sustainability.
- Execute product portfolio strategies including pricing, lifecycle management, and performance tracking to achieve commercial targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and influence product roadmaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product launches, ensuring commercial, operational, and clinical readiness.
- Track performance metrics such as installations, utilization, application mix, and implant pull-through to evaluate business outcomes.
- Enable sales success by supporting new site launches, delivering product knowledge, training, and key account inputs.
- Lead events, campaigns, tender support, and tactical initiatives aligned with annual marketing and launch plans.
- Coordinate core product management activities including forecasting, supply inputs, post‑market responsibilities, and field team support.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex cross-functional environment.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgery platforms or capital equipment.
- Certification or coursework in project management.
- Technical understanding of Mako technology or similar systems.
