Senior Finance Analyst, International Finance

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the International Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems and tools.

• Perform analysis on forecast/budget and actuals to provide insights on FP&A reporting deliverables.

• Understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs).

• Serve as the finance business partner to the Local, Regional and Global team (i.e. on-demand analyses, investment proposals, finance for non-finance training, etc.).

• Support Month End close activities under IFRS and local GAAP.

• Collaborate with Treasury on Countries Funding, Liquidity, and cash flow management.

• Partner with business teams to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards, government regulations, contractual requirements and Group policies i.e. maintain compliance procedures.

• Provide support to the local teams during tax and other relevant audits.

• Collaborate with International finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements

• Execution of ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field.

• P&L, Balance Sheet and project management, and/or analysis experience.

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building. 

• The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Experience in partnering with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Nice to have:

• MBA and/or professional finance designation.

• Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills.

• Knowledge and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools. (Onestream, Anaplan, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SAP, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc.)
