We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in the Legal and Compliance Division in Mumbai within the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Department , this team forms the second line of defense for management of the firm's non-financial risks, which include Financial Crimes, market manipulation or abuse and Operational risk.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Non-Financial Risk Visualization & Reporting Solution (NFR VRS) team which is responsible to deliver data sets, reporting products and analytical insights to a wide range of users within LCD by providing data innovative driven solutions utilizing industry standard tools to aid them in their responsibilities to measure, manage and mitigate risk.

What you'll do in the role:
Participate in various Data and Analytics related projects and working groups, including Data Analysis and insights, and Visualization and Reporting solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into effective reporting products
Use visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) to design, develop, and implement interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights
Support Non-Financial Risk management by deriving actionable insights from data and leveraging quantitative and statistical techniques
Provide guidance to key stakeholders on how to adopt data visualization and reporting best practices and/or leverage data analytics to solve problems
Enhance program processes where opportunities exist and perform analysis to support strategic projects that add value to the broader division
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a data related role including data visualization, reporting or data analysis
Experience with querying and transforming large data sets
Experience in creating data driven insights and analytics
Experience with automation of reporting solutions and processes
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams
Direct experience in the financial services industry
Good understanding of project management principles
Experience in the reporting and use of business data in support of business processes
Familiarity with mainstream data processing and modeling programming languages (Alteryx, R, Python)
Experience in leveraging AI solutions to automate reporting and analytical processes
