We are now hiring a Senior Account Manager to drive growth in Belgium.
This is a high-impact, hunting-focused commercial role for a seasoned sales professional ready to own a territory and elevate performance.
The Mission
As Senior Account Manager, you will:
Drive commercial growth across your territory, with a strong focus on new business development
Promote and sell our Joint Replacement portfolio (hips & knees)
Support the sales cycle of Mako Robotics in collaboration with the broader team
Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, hospital administration and procurement stakeholders
Provide product demonstrations and clinical support in the OR (approximately 20–30% of your time)
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share
Represent Stryker at congresses, seminars and professional events
You will work closely with clinical support and a team of experienced sales colleagues, while taking full ownership of your regional performance.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven profile who can hunt, negotiate and close.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
6+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Background:
Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech or healthcare
Joint Replacement or orthopedics exposure is a strong advantage
Capital equipment sales experience is valuable
Strong track record in complex, consultative selling environments
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
