The Role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will own the customer experience, execute account strategies, and identify opportunities to expand solutions and services that deliver real business value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships
- Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant SoftwareOne solutions
- Drive renewals, upsell, cross‑sell, and new opportunity identification within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Track, forecast, and manage account performance, KPIs, and financials using CRM tools
