Leads project planning by developing the project charter and management plan, directing and controlling all project phases, and evaluating key tradeoffs.
Defines and manages project scope in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and controlled evolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Creates and maintains detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, major workstreams, and milestone interdependencies.
Develops and manages project budgets, partnering with cross-functional leaders to define cost needs and ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
Establishes project quality and risk management plans, utilizing appropriate tools to ensure quality standards while identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
Plans procurement activities and manages project resources, selecting vendors, assigning cross-functional team members, defining responsibilities, and giving performance feedback.
Builds effective stakeholder and team relationships, leveraging strong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and influence without authority to maintain morale and drive collaboration.
Drives results aligned with organizational goals, incorporating end-user feedback, communicating changes clearly, prioritizing effectively, and taking ownership during high-pressure or complex situations.
Required:
B.S. degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 8 years demonstrated project management experience in at least one discipline (Finance, Procurement, IS, R&D Operations, etc.)
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Preferred
Project Management Certificate
Minimum 4 years of RAQA program experience, including ISO, FDA, and technical knowledge of medical device product lines
