Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 150 million patients annually. - Support review, tracking, and documentation of supplier engineering change requests (ECR/ECN).
- Assist in verifying implementation of approved changes at supplier sites.
- Ensure proper revision control and update of specifications, drawings, and quality documents.
- Assist in logging, tracking, and documenting supplier nonconformances.
- Support investigation of root causes using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely closure of NCs in Trackwise.
- Support monitoring and follow-up of supplier CAPA activities.
- Assist in reviewing CAPA effectiveness and documentation.
- Help maintain CAPA records in Trackwise.
What you will need:
Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) 2025 pass out.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
