Role Introduction
As our new Customer Success Representative, you will manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted contact for clients, helping them navigate solutions and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, support sales initiatives, and handle operational activities such as quotes and orders. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and build consultative relationships will directly contribute to customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent daily communication with existing customers to support their needs and strengthen relationships.
Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
Develop consultative relationships that help customers maximize the value of products and services.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to execute account plans that increase customer engagement and sales activity.
Support customer and partner relationships through proactive outreach and telesales initiatives.
Manage quote preparation, order processing, and day-to-day customer or partner requests.
Stay informed on industry trends and software solutions through ongoing training.
Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers regarding volume licensing programs and related solutions.
