Basic Function

基幹システムへの入力・オーダー手配と倉庫への出荷指示を行い、日々届く注文書を適切に処理する。

長期貸出される製品データ・オーダー情報の管理。顧客や社内関係部門からの問合せに対しメール・電話で回答、受注センターの一員として業務委託会社と連携しながらカスタマーサービス業務を行う。

長期預託ビジネスを理解し新規手配~使用補充~売上まで一連の業務改善に取り組み、顧客及び事業部へのサービス向上に努める。

Responsibilities

  • 長期預託品の受注、オーダー手配、売上、棚卸などオペレーション全体を行う
  • カスタマーサービス(受注売上業務全般)における社内外へのサービスの向上を行う
  • ワークフローをはじめとする社内申請案件の管理および付随する業務を行う
  • 顧客および他部署、業務委託会社からの問い合わせへの対応を行う
  • 貸出製品の情報管理、及び、滅菌期限をむかえる製品の交換業務
  • 必要に応じて顧客納期を満たせるよう作業優先度について調整を図る
  • 各種業務プロセスや手順の改善及び標準化を実施し、より円滑な業務運営の構築に貢献する
  • 各種レポートの作成、集計業務を行う(Excel/Power BI等でのデータ集計や加工)
  • チームメンバーと共に円滑な職場運営のために協力しながら業務を分担して担当する
  • 医療機器ビジネスへの貢献をリードする(全般)

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • 優先順位をチーム、上長に確認しながら業務遂行することができる
  • チーム及び社内外と円滑なコミュニケーションを持つことができる
  • リーダーシップをもって業務に取り組むことができる
  • 業務改善への取り組み意欲がある
  • 医療機器ビジネスに関する知識習得意欲がある
  • Customer Serviceもしくは営業アシスタントの経験があることが望ましい

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Logical Thinking Skill
  • Excel(関数)、Word、Power Point等のPCスキル
  • Power BI・SQL(Optional)
  • レポート作成能力があること

Basic Function

  • Input order information to system, proceed with releasing orders to warehouse, and process daily incoming orders .
  • Management of Long-term rental products data and order information
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and related internal departments via email and telephone, and perform customer service duties in cooperation with the outsourcing company.
  • Understand Long-term rental business overview and improve the entire process from new arrangements to replenishment and sales, strive to improve services to customers and internal sales divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all operations for Long-term consignment items, including order acceptance, order processing, sales, and inventory management.
  • Improve service to internal and external customers in general order processing
  • Maintain workflow applications related to invoicing and perform related tasks.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, other departments, and outsourcing companies.
  • Information management of Long-term rental products and replacement of products approaching the sterilization deadline
  • Adjust work priorities to meet customer deadlines.
  • Contribute to the establishment of smoother business operations by improving and standardizing various business processes and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, compile and analyze data using Excel/Power BI, etc. 
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth operation and share workload.
  • Lead contributions to the medical device business (in general)

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • Confirm priorities with manager and team members and carry out tasks accordingly.
  • Able to communicate well with team members, internal and external customers.
  • Able to work in a leadership role.
  • Willingness to improve operations.
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge of the medical device business.
  • Experience as a Customer Service or Sales Assistant is preferable.

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Logical Thinking skill.
  • PC skills such as Excel (functions), Word, PowerPoint, etc..
  • Power BI, SQL (Optional).
  • Report writing skill.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
