What you will do:Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of medical projects.
Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, Marketing and operations.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issues ensuring timely resolution.
Track and report project progress, milestones and performance metrics to leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
What you need:Required Qualifications -
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
9–11 years of experience.
Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong skills in project planning tools (Microsoft Project, Jira or similar).
Experience managing project risks, budgets, and timelines.
