Your Impact
In this role, you guide Dutch customers through their decision‑making journey. You engage with stakeholders, understand their goals, uncover their challenges, and design tailored ServiceNow solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You support the full sales cycle - from discovery to proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
What you’ll do
- Engage with prospects and customers to understand their objectives, processes, and technical requirements.
- Design and present ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, and Procurement & Contract Management.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and clear value‑driven presentations.
- Create SOWs outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and assumptions.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑sell, upsell, and managed services.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management to ensure solution accuracy and consistency.
