We are looking for a Creative Marketing Apprentice with a focus on Video & Motion, who will support the creation, editing, and optimization of audiovisual content for global Employer Branding initiatives. This position is ideal for technical or technological students who want to gain practical experience in video editing, digital content, and social media trends, while collaborating with global teams and strengthening brand visibility.

What you will do:  

• Support the editing and production of video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, among others).
• Collaborate on both short-form and long-form video projects for employer branding initiatives.
• Add transitions, basic effects, B-roll, trending audio, and ensure overall content quality.
• Create and sync subtitles (.srt files) to enhance accessibility and audience reach.
• Ensure brand consistency while collaborating with global teams and contributing to content delivery timelines.
