The RoleJoin Stryker’s Upper Extremities business and take ownership of a Sydney territory. You’ll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build deep surgeon relationships, and be a trusted presence in theatre supporting shoulder and upper limb procedures.

What You’ll Do- Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
- Build strong surgeon and hospital relationships
- Provide expert, reliable support in theatre
- Grow adoption across an implant‑led portfolio
- Manage pricing, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
Required
- 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with results
- Strong commercial mindset and territory ownership
- Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
- Resilience, drive, and accountability
Preferred
- Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
- Understanding of Australian hospital systems
- Comfortable working in operating theatres
