Meet The Speakers

Meadow Rutenbar

Senior Manager at Deloitte Sustainability

Meadow is a Senior Manager on the A&A Sustainability and ESG services team delivering projects across industries related to sustainability data processes, controls and reporting. She began her career at Deloitte as a financial statement auditor. Her primary area of focus is delivery of transitional climate risk and opportunity assessment to develop tactical strategies to improve preparedness and report in line with climate reporting frameworks and standards, specifically the TCFD recommendations. Meadow has been authored and published numerous publications on climate and ESG reporting and disclosure.

Taylor Chavez

Audit and Assurance (A&A) Senior Manager

Taylor Chavez is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice, focused on Financial Services clients. Taylor has over 8 years of experience working on financial statement and internal control audits for public and private companies, and has worked at Deloitte in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego offices. Taylor graduated from the University of Southern California.

Kirti Parakh

Controllership Transformation Senior Manager

Kirti has more than 17 years of public accounting and finance transformation experience. Kirti is a national leader of Deloitte’s controllership transformation practice who leads diverse, multifunctional teams of audit, consulting, advisory, and tax professionals. She drives value through the strategic deployment of digital solutions, such as developing a finance transformation strategy, implementing robotics process automation and ETL solutions, building analytics dashboards, and optimizing the close process. Kirti works closely with audit committees, CFOs, controllers, internal audit, and other leaders across the organization

Eve Raisleger

Audit and Assurance (A&A) Manager

Eve is a Manager in Deloitte’s Audit practice. She has over seven years of experience serving clients in the retail, manufacturing, and life science industries. Recently, her focus has involved coordinating with global teams to execute an audit.
