Taylor Bikowski is a neurodivergent powerhouse who leads with vulnerability, transparency, curiosity, and compassion.
They are the Events Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion [DEI] Strategy Manager at Red Hat where they are collaborating and creating the company DEI global event strategy.
Taylor is also the Global Co-chair of the Mental Health and Neurodiversity [MHND] DEI Community.
They have a red hot fiery passion to destigmatize mental health, especially in the workplace to end suffering in silence.
