Taylor Bikowski (Global Co-chair of the Mental Health and Neurodiversity DEI Community) will join us to share their experience navigating public speaking anxiety. During this conversation, Taylor will share some tools that helped them overcome these situations and silence that inner voice that kept going over and over that “mistake” that — most likely — no one else noticed.

Meet The Speaker
Taylor Bikowski is a neurodivergent powerhouse who leads with vulnerability, transparency, curiosity, and compassion.
They are the Events Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion [DEI] Strategy Manager at Red Hat where they are collaborating and creating the company DEI global event strategy.
Taylor is also the Global Co-chair of the Mental Health and Neurodiversity [MHND] DEI Community.
They have a red hot fiery passion to destigmatize mental health, especially in the workplace to end suffering in silence.
