Meadow (Hackett) Rutenbar
Senior Manager at Deloitte Sustainability

Meadow is a Senior Manager on the A&A Sustainability and ESG services team delivering projects across industries related to sustainability data processes, controls and reporting. She began her career at Deloitte as a financial statement auditor. Her primary area of focus is delivery of transitional climate risk and opportunity assessment to develop tactical strategies to improve preparedness and report in line with climate reporting frameworks and standards, specifically the TCFD recommendations. Meadow has been authored and published numerous publications on climate and ESG reporting and disclosure.

Audit & Assurance Manager
Clarencia is a Manager in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice. Clarencia has more than 7 years of public accounting experience providing audit and accounting advisory services to clients in both the public and private sectors and across several industries. Clarencia serves within Deloitte’s Accounting and Reporting Advisory practice, with a focus on assisting companies with complex accounting, auditing and reporting issues. Clarencia spends her time helping clients adopt newly issued accounting standards, as well as prepare for Initial Public Offerings, account for complex business transitions, or navigate other technical accounting matters.
Donnieka McCall
Donnieka McCall
Audit & Assurance Senior Manager
Donnieka is an audit professional, with over 14 years of experience. She currently serves a component of an international based client, within the industrial products industry.


Previously, Donnieka served clients within the Power and Utilities, Retail, and Distribution industries, and has experience serving clients under the U.S.; generally accepting accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards frameworks, as well as public and private clients.

Donnieka is also currently a core team member of our internal inspections group within National Office–Monitoring, in addition to serving clients. She inspects engagements in a variety of industries and under various sets of auditing standards and accounting frameworks.As a member of the National Audit and Assurance Faculty, since its inception,Donnieka enjoys facilitating audit training seminars on a national level. She has facilitated sessions for AY4 and AY5 professionals. She also enjoy recruiting at her alma mater, Clemson University, and at North Carolina A&T University, as well as leading efforts related to HBCU recruiting.
Lisa Paradowski
Lisa Paradowski
Audit & Assurance Managing Director

Lisa’s 21-year career with Deloitte has centered around leading multinational, complex, public and private company audit engagements in the industrial products and consumer industries. She is recognized for her leadership, collaborative working style, transparent communication, and ability to team effectively through complex corporate transactions.

Lisa is highly regarded by senior executives and audit committee members for her understanding of their business and service needs and her ability to communicate complex matters clearly.

As a manager, she spent three years in Deloitte’s National Office as a subject matter expert focusing on complex accounting topics. During her time in Chicago over the past 10 years, she has broadened her experience in the industrial products industry and gained deep knowledge of the marketplace. Lisa has been effective at leading the Chicago Audit Industrial Products industry sector, focused on maintaining relationships and identifying service needs for companies not currently served by Deloitte.

Outside of client service responsibilities, Lisa is the Lead University Partner for the University of Wisconsin – Madison (UW), with responsibility for recruiting and developing talent; representing Deloitte at university events, programs, and in the classroom; and maintaining strategic relationships with key University faculty and administrators. She is the chief diversity champion for the UW relationship and is on the DEI Industry Partner Board for two schools (Business and Letters & Science) at UW. Lisa also is a board member of the Wisconsin School of Business Alumni Board. She shows great passion for leading on-campus mentoring and development programs.
