Meet The Speakers
Paloma Garcia is the Director of Solution Consulting at ServiceNow with over 15 year’s experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS & Information Security.
Paloma currently leads the Solution Consulting strategy, development, and hiring of 3 high-performing SC teams aligned to some of ServiceNow’s largest accounts and Enterprise business in the UK.
Prior to that Paloma was responsible for successfully building, scaling, and creating a winning culture in the Key Accounts business in UK & Ireland at ServiceNow. This team became top team in EMEA, second globally, after achieving over 130% of target.
Since 2015 Paloma initiated, developed and executed a very successful customer C-level forum. This exclusive event had an increase of female participation and has evolved to become a great platform to help influence innovative decisions of the future through an aligned technology strategy & executive tracks.
A women’s champion, blogger and active participant in panels and events that encourage the young generation take on technical roles.
Shakira has over 15 years of experience in technology sales, from software, consultancy, recruitment, and delivery.
The majority of her time has been spent within Enterprise Software, helping her clients transform their digital experience both internally and externally to their organization.
In January 2019 she was appointed a leadership role to help drive the UK organization's go-to-market strategy deeper into the Public Sector and more recently has taken on a new UK&I regional role to scale the ServiceNow Key Accounts business.
Shakira is passionate about driving an inclusive and diverse culture within her organization and is an avid and keen mentor.
