USDC HC Offering Portfolio Leader

Deb is responsible for representing the USDC HC talented team members within Commercial and GPS. She builds an inclusive culture that fosters personal and professional growth while integrating the HC business strategies and leading growth and operations.

Deb has worked in consulting for over 30 years, starting as a consultant and working her way through HR Technology Implementations and Organizational Transformations to become a Managing Director. She has held many roles across Manufacturing, Higher Ed, Health Care, and State Government.

Deb joined Deloitte in 2009 as a Managing Director through an acquisition. She started in the Pennsylvania State Government Account, leading various engagements and growing HC services until they opened the first USDC location. She then joined the USDC as the OT Lead out of Mechanicsburg and took on additional leadership roles as the Office MD for Mechanicsburg and the HC Offering Portfolio lead.

Senior Manager, GPS Strategy, AI, Data Analytics & Assets Consulting

A former professional athlete, Lisa is a Digital Transformation Delivery Leader specializing in delivering and managing Digital DevOps, Data, and Cloud Transformation for the past 13 years as well as delivery experience in several other technologies.

Lisa manages analytic and AI programs to develop, create, and implement analytics tools and dashboards for collaboration and tracking of critical information and reporting. She also manages and delivered multiple complex and agile (Scrum/ SAFe) Cloud, Cyber Security and Secure Identity, Agile Infrastructure and Applications, Data, AI, Analytics, IoT projects, programs, Cloud Managed Services, and Strategic Outsourcing.

Additionally, Lisa facilitates, leads, and manages the deployment of solutions by mapping customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions support. She has management expertise in government and public federal, state, and local, financial services, retail, media & entertainment, telecommunications, life science, and healthcare.

I am a single mom of three beautiful daughters and an immigrant from the gorgeous island nation of Sri Lanka. I completed my post-secondary studies with a BSc in Information systems and engineering management. I have been with Deloitte for over eight years, hired as a senior consultant.

I am currently a Senior Manager and serve as the talent group deputy for Deloitte Core Industry solutions. I'm excited about helping our clients make the best technical decisions and driving teams towards solutioning.

In my role, I strive to drive new thinking, innovation, and creativity to meet our client’s evolving needs.

I am excited to partner and lead dynamic, diverse, passionate and talented Deloitte teams! I am passionate about talent development, especially women in technology, and also sharing, mentoring, and fostering the members of immigrant communities to be successful in their careers.
