Joseph "Joe" Beal is a Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Managing Director within the Cyber and Strategic Risk (CSR) Operating Portfolio (OP), with a focus in Managed Security Services that include but are not limited to; Security Operations Center (SOC) support, adversary simulation, cyber threat emulation, and security engineering. Mr. Beal brings a wealth of knowledge and cyber expertise to his clients where he has been charged with managing the protection of High Value Assets (HVA) and cyber solutions for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Commerce, Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Executive Office of the President (EOP).

Timothy Li
Partner or Principal in Risk and Financial Advisory

Timothy Li is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory Principal supporting financial services clients within both the public and private sector. Timothy specializes in establishing comprehensive cyber risk programs to provide clients with capabilities to be Secure, Vigilant and Resilient and currently serves as Deloitte’s Federal Cyber Risk Services Strategy & Governance solution offering leader. Timothy currently leads Deloitte’s cyber risk portfolio of work across all of its Federal financial services clients to include the Department of the Treasury and its respective Bureaus (e.g., Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, United States Mint), the financial regulator community (e.g., Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of Financial Research), and various international financial institutions (e.g., International Monetary Fund).

Bronson is an experienced senior manager specializing in Information and Identity Security, and Technology Consulting. He has advised and served a number of agencies in the U.S. Federal Government, as well as served a variety of Fortune ranked commercial companies in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Financial Services industries. Bronson has helped them address various technology, identity & access management, cyber, information security, and enterprise architecture challenges. He manages local and globally distributed teams to concurrently run mission critical projects while routinely assisting C-Suite, IT, and senior management executives in making strategic decisions to ensure optimal solutions to complex problems. Bronson has an extensive background in Identity and Access Management, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and IT operations, serving in the capacities of developer, solutions architect, to now project and program lead in the delivery of software and security solutions.

Mandi Cohen
Mandi Cohen
CS Managing Director in Risk and Financial Advisory

Mandi Cohen joins Deloitte with more than 20 years of experience in secure compliance, cloud security, cyber risk assessments, and systems security engineering. Mandi has served over 100 government and commercial clients providing solutions for securing our nation's most critical assets. She has been active in diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout her career. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
