Qing Chang is a product strategist and CX enthusiast with long track record in the financial services industry. As Director of Technology Enablement at Individual Investors, Qing governs a fast-growing technology budget and facilitates ongoing oversight, prioritization, and integrated planning to enable the digital transformation agenda of the critical retail distribution channel at T. Rowe Price. Prior to rejoining TRP, Qing worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Procter & Gamble, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Poppy, a seed-stage fashion & lifestyle e-commerce marketplace for independent brands. Qing holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Northwestern University.

Amrita Matharu

Amrita Matharu is an experienced CX strategy leader in the financial services arena, with a passion for marketing technology. As Director of Platform Enablement at Individual Investors, Amrita manages several marquee associate platforms at TRP, where her mission is to enable associates with empowering tools & cutting-edge platforms that optimize their ability to consistently deliver exceptional & world class service. Prior to rejoining TRP, Amrita worked at Western Union Financial Services for where she held several leadership positions driving omnichannel strategies for the global distribution business, developing customer experience strategy, leading digitization and marketing technology initiatives for Western Union’s global money transfer business. Amrita received a B.S. from University of Mumbai, an M.S. from Georgia State University, and an M.B.A. from University of West Georgia.
