Sometimes, it’s easy to feel disconnected — and even lonely — in a virtual workplace.
You can feel like you’re missing out on those ever-important team-building interactions. And you can also feel isolated or “not seen” when it seems like there’s no one else like you at work. That’s where teammate resource groups (TRGs) come into play to help foster relationships, offer purpose and guidance, and nurture professional development.
Gainsight’s Lexi Horton, Deal Desk Manager, Revenue Operations (TRG: BIPOC), MC Lewers, Director of Strategic Programs (TRG: Parents), and Jack Mobley, Enterprise Customer Success Manager (TRG: Spectrum), understand the importance of showing up authentically at work — especially in a remote environment. They’re passionate about being part of TRGs at Gainsight and will share how they’ve leveraged them to build meaningful connections that support and nourish their growth.
You’ll hear:
Lexi is an experienced Deal Desk Manager at Gainsight, specializing in streamlining the deal review process for sellers. With a focus on collaboration, she engages sales, finance, legal, and services to ensure efficient and human-centric deal management.
By fostering a Human First environment, Lexi drives better outcomes for customers and the organization through open communication and a culture of empathy.
With over a decade of experience driving revenue and operational excellence for public and private tech companies, MC currently leads Strategic Programs and Business Operations at Gainsight where she owns key parts of Gainsight's Operating Rhythm, and partners with their PE firm to drive value creation programs for the business.
She is passionate about people, problem-solving, and most notably - parenting. As a mom of two little ones, she's found strength and solace in Gainsight's Parenting community, and encourages others to seek out safe spaces at work where they can bring their whole selves to the table.
After leaving a career in classical music, Jack Mobley entered the world of tech with the mission of driving more visibility and advocacy for underrepresented identities, specifically the LGBTQ community.
Beginning his career in Customer Success at the beginning of the pandemic, he has used his voice to found the first ERG at LeanIX, facilitated psychological safety workshops at HubSpot, and recently became leader of Gainsight's Spectrum Teammate Resource Group where he strives to take an intersectional lens and find new ways to drive connection throughout Gainsight's remote-first culture.
Jack is based in Boston and enjoys exploring all of the music and art the city has to offer in his free time!
