Mr. Nikhil Bagalkotkar heads Technical sales for Autodesk across APAC for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction segments. He leads a diverse multicultural team representing the top talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industries across India, ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and an MBA from I.I.M. Lucknow. His 2 decades of experience span various facets of consulting, technology sales, and product management. He specializes in architecting solutions around Sustainable construction, Connected BIM, Generative design, Digital transformation and business model re-invention.
Kavitha Glenister is the Global Landing Senior Manager in Autodesk’s Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) team. The Global Landing team are GRE's ambassadors who liaise with the Autodesk Sales & Success teams; ensuring that their global programs are understood, prioritized, adopted, and reinforced regionally, while consistently sharing impact and feedback. With over 20 years of experience as a salesperson in various industries, Kavitha has been with Autodesk for almost 6 years and is based in Singapore.
Kavitha is passionate about people development and believes that women supporting (reaching out, coaching, mentoring, and being a safe space) women goes, truly so very far. She is the AWN (Autodesk Women’s Network – an ERG) Board member for Sales. Kavitha has worked in several industries in several countries.
Misa Aoki is leading technical sales teams in APAC, which includes Japan, Korea, and ANZ/ASEAN, to contribute to customers' business in transforming how they make a better world.
Misa is an accomplished business professional with a proven track record of success in the IT industry. With over 20 years of experience in management roles in Sales, Technical Sales, IT service delivery, and strategy development, Misa has honed her skills in building and leading high-performance teams.
She is passionate about innovation and staying on the cutting edge of technology. She has a deep understanding of emerging trends and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
