Anne Cabansag is a Sr. DEI Business Partner at Sonos with over 15 years of experience working in HR. She joined Sonos in 2022, focusing on partnering with key HR and business leaders to integrate DEI into the people and talent processes throughout the organization. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, two kiddos, and a dog.

Angela Riggs
Angela Riggs
Manager, Software Quality

Angela Riggs is a Quality Engineering Manager for a platform team at Sonos, where she recently celebrated her one-year anniversary! Formerly an early childhood educator, Angela started her career in tech as a software engineering intern before moving into quality engineering and then into people management. Angela loves the variety of experiences that she’s gotten to explore in tech - including launching an incident response program, starting a quality platform team, and building a QE department from the ground up.

Angela has enjoyed learning in public throughout her career in tech. She blogs about quality engineering and people management at https://angelariggs.github.io, and has shared her professional experiences at conferences, on podcasts, and in interview discussions.

In her free time, Angela enjoys weaving, buying more books and reading them, traveling with her spouse, and playing hide-and-seek with her dog.

My comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruiting processing and requisition management is complemented by expert knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, with a focus on Corporate, Marketing, Technical Sales, Aviation, Banking, Hospitality, Customer Experience, Audit, Operations, Finance, and Legal organizational Recruiting.

I take pride in recruiting and filling complex openings while leveraging my adeptness at producing clear and concise summaries that effectively communicate across different functions. Diane Roberts

Senior Director of Software Engineering

Diane Roberts is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Sonos responsible for the Sonos Apps. Her group of cross-disciplinary teams build the Configuration, Control, and Content experiences that bring the Sonos experience to life. Diane has spent most of her career building software that gets as close to the user’s face as possible. She has designed everything from entire applications to tiny subsystems, writing the code in whatever language fits the bill. As a leader, she fosters a culture in her teams that prioritizes creating great user experiences with solid technology choices.

Diane received dual Bachelors’ of Science in Computer Science and Music from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is a member of the Tufts Gordon Institute Industry Advisory Committee and a guest lecturer for Real Industry (https://realindustry.org/). Diane holds 6 granted patents as a co-inventor.
