Aaron, VP of People Capability, Corporate at Light & Wonder, has over twenty years of human resources leadership experience spanning multiple industries and work environments. He recognized very early in his career the impact that synergizing DEIB and human resources programs can have on organizations and is a staunch advocate for such alignment.
