Nearly one in three US workers under 40 considered making a career change since the start of the pandemic but since LGBTQIA+ people are underrepresented in the workplace, especially in management, career pivots can be especially scary. We are joined by leaders from Morgan Stanley to discuss how the company is supporting pivots, returnships and growth while also cultivating a strong sense of community that supports its LGBTQIA+ workers all year long.
