Libby Bacon

Principal

Libby has over twenty-five years of experience leading large-scale transformation efforts and serves as Deloitte’s America’s Delivery Leader for the US. She brings a strong understanding of government and the challenges facing the workforce. Her work includes a focus on organizational change management, talent, learning, employee engagement and culture. She is based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Aradhna Kapoor

Sr. Solution Manager

PMP certified professional, been with the firm for over 18 years with primary focus on Health and Human services (HHS) domain of Public Sector – currently serving as the MES Health Interactive CDM (Center Delivery Manager) and Production Operations Lead overseeing 5 SHLE clients. Passionate about people and their growth and success in the firm. I have had the unique opportunity to work across 3 Talent models [USI, US (Core) and now USDC] within the firm since I started in April 2004.

Sanjana Thumu

Sr. Solution Manager

Sanjana Thumu is a Senior Manager aligned to Cloud Manage Services, GPS Offering. Sanjana currently supports CMS as a Service Delivery Manager and Customer Success Manager by spearheading several complex State and Federal Cloud builds using the multi-tenant Cloud platform and successfully delivering high-quality projects and solutions at a competitive price using the concept of delivery pools. Additionally, she partners with several teams (Advisory, Application, Infrastructure) across the firm to achieve next-level success using automation standardization and cost optimization strategies that reduce costs and yield results.

She has close to 14 years of experience in implementing quality software solutions for US Health care and life sciences and has exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
Sanjana has strong analytical and problem-solving skills which help her with striking a good balance between being detail oriented yet, being able to see the big picture in the context of project and its intended benefits.

Lata Ahmed Ali

Oracle Solution Specialist

A software engineer with about 15 years of experience in various industries and business sectors both government and commercial. My expertise is in Oracle Application development in EBS and Cloud world. I have 2 children and lives with my spouse in Orlando Florida. I have been with Deloitte since 2015 and have been happy to cultivate lasting friendships and invaluable experiences.
