Meet Santiago from Mexico City, a seasoned Global Operations Manager with over nine years of industry experience. Before joining Qualtrics, Santiago made his mark in the ride-hailing industry. He worked at DiDi as Growth Operations manager for Mexico, where he learned the art of delivering seamless operations to customers worldwide. He has also held roles in finance and software development operations.

For Santiago, experiences mean everything, and this is precisely why he chose to join the Qualtrics team – to create meaningful experiences for customers and employees alike. Aside from his professional achievements, Santiago is passionate about life's simple pleasures - good food, traveling, and photography. When he's not leading global teams to success, he enjoys exploring new cuisines and cultures, capturing the beauty of his travels through his lens, and spending time with his lovely wife Daria, and their adorable puppy dog, Meztli.

Clau Riviello
Clau Riviello
Global Operations Manager

Clau has 10 years of work experience. She started working while finishing her studies in the financial sector, including Thomson Reuters, HR Ratings (Mexican rating agency), and Citibanamex for 4 years. Her work in the financial sector focused on Risk Management and included international experience in Citi’s London office. She then made a career change to Customer Experience when she joined Uber in 2018, where she had her first experience as a manager leading a regional team of project managers and the biggest global support operation at Uber. Clau recently joined Qualtrics as a Global Operations Manager in her pursuit to continue to focus on management and operational excellence in her career.

Cristina Rocha Alvarez

Customer Success Representative

She is a driven professional with a passion for customer success, new business development, marketing, sustainability, storytelling, and creating strategic insights. She acquired her skills as a business analyst at the world's largest food and beverage company, where she analyzed data for 20+ business units and created dashboards/visualizations for 170+ clients and products. Her creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify new business opportunities have allowed her to make valuable contributions to the company.

She also has experience as a management consultant, where she helped a startup with a partnership with 360,000 hotels launch by creating a business plan and conducting market research. As a logistics/commercial intern, she successfully assisted with the timely delivery of 95% of client imports and exports.

Her educational background is diverse, including an International Masters in Management from EADA Business School (ranked #25 by FT) and a Double Degree in International Business and Management from ITESM. She also has a passion for volunteering, as demonstrated by her experience at Na Bolom where she helped create a brand identity and fundraising campaign and Máximo Nivel where she was an English teacher for tourist guides.
