Autodesk’s When you’ve got a million professional and personal demands vying for your attention, it’s crucial to set healthy boundaries at work — and stick to them. Your overall happiness depends on it. But easier said than done, right? Autodesk’s Carolina Sipán (Senior Enablement Program Manager, Global Revenue Enablement), Paris Mavridis (Sales Operations Specialist), and Agata Mielczarek (Sales and Success Coach | Global Landing | Global Revenue Enablement) understand that “no” is a complete sentence that will set you free! The key is to be self-aware and open about your needs. At Autodesk, flexibility is a core value that empowers team members to establish boundaries in a safe and supportive environment. Carolina, Paris, and Agata will share: After graduating from the University of Lodz with master’s degree in Social & Economic Sciences, Agata worked as a producer at several advertising companies in Poland, Argentina and Spain. She then shifted to a sales position at Hewlett Packard where she successfully managed major corporate accounts. At Autodesk Agata has been providing guidance and consultancy, firstly to customers, and later as a sales and success coach and program manager. Agata loves working with people and for people. She is passionate about learning from different perspectives and sharing her own ideas. The most rewarding part is when she can execute and deliver these ideas, in the form of the best quality coaching programs. Outside of work she loves high intensity sports balanced with yoga practices. She is open-minded and fun. Her Polish soul is always moved by Latin rhythms, so she became a certified Zumba instructor. Carolina Sipán, based in Barcelona (originally from Lima, Perú) has a background in Training and Development and she joined Autodesk in the midst of the pandemic in July 2020 where she currently performs as a Program Manager in the Role Excellence team within the Global Revenue Organization. She is also a global events co-lead for the Pride ERG. Being part of the Role Excellence team gives Carolina the opportunity to design and build learning experiences for WW Sales and Success teams. She is passionate about helping and guiding others so they can be their best selves at work and in life in general. Carolina considers herself a curious person and loves to learn new things, build new habits and foster new skills. They all take time and effort, so patience and positivism are something that Carolina hopes she is able to bring to her team. When Carolina is not at work you will see her enjoying Barcelona, training at the gym, doing yoga or dancing salsa with her friends. Paris comes from sunny Greece and has lived in sunny Barcelona for the past 8 years. He studied psychology, changing between different orientations and finally focusing on Work Psychology. In previous companies he held roles such as training manager, team manager or sales manager in various projects. He currently works in Sales Help EMEA where he uses his skills to provide the best possible outcome for different stakeholders in the sales circle. Paris is an open-minded and cheerful person who will always jump into new possibilities and opportunities.
