Brett is a Product manager for GreenLight Solution within the Assets and Alliances team of the Sustainability, Climate & Equity SGO. Brett has 15 years experience at the intersection of business, sustainability and technology; specializing in the development of novel products and wrap-around programming for organizations innovating in complex, ill-defined and dynamic spaces. As an engineer by training and a creative at heart, Brett is passionate about systems thinking, human centered design and innovation processes - particularly when applied toward helping organizations and markets work better for society.

Sharene Williams

Sharene Williams is a clean energy leader within Deloitte’s Energy, Resources, and Industrials practice. Sharene has over 15 years of experience working with and advising Utilities and Energy clients in grid modernization, decarbonization planning, DER/EV strategy and implementation, and hydrogen planning. As part of her work with State of New York, Sharene just led the development of an ecosystem of developers, end users and utilities, to launch an energy data platform to democratize utility and energy data to accelerate the clean energy transition for disadvantaged communities. A regular speaker at industry and other events, Sharene has also published several papers on the clean energy transition, consumer energy management behavior, and grid modernization. She has a B.S and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and MBA from NYU.
