Neeraja Reddy brings over 20 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale IT implementations for Federal, State and local clients. She specializes in helping clients streamline business operations; lead significant technology implementation initiatives; and position IT organizations to modernize and improve delivery against business needs. In her tenure at Deloitte, she led modernization efforts and helped clients achieve their core mission values by implementing enterprise solutions with modern data strategies, cloud technologies, custom development and COTS implementations. Neeraja is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys any outdoor activities like running, biking, Badminton and Golf. In her free time, she enjoys teaching her daughter Math and baking with her.

Managing Director, CBO

Tracy joined Deloitte in 2010. She has effectively led a portfolio of project technology efforts based out of the Hattiesburg Delivery Center and managed up to three teams of developers. She's responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of web-based applications.

Alicia Monsibais, working at Deloitte for 1 year as a Solution Associate, with diverse experience in the Government, Consumer, and Financial Services sectors. With a track record of solving complex problems, she has successfully led and contributed to several software development projects and operations across industries. Her technical expertise lies in languages and tools such as Spring Framework, Java EE, Angular, and PostgreSQL among others. She is an active learner, always staying ahead of the curve, and am known for her passion, curiosity, and strong communication skills. In my pursuit of continuous learning, she has developed a unique passion for specialty coffee, exploring its diverse flavors and brewing techniques, which parallels her approach in tech - brewing innovative solutions and unique experiences for users.

Solution Manager, USDC, Lake Mary

Sree Cheluvaraja, based in Lake Mary, is a Solution Manager at USDC. With over 15 years of experience in design and development, this Solution Manager/Architect holds certifications as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in various capabilities including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Service Mapping. Notable achievements include leading successful implementations for CSM across internal and State/federal projects, and currently spearheading a development team tasked with constructing an Integrated Eligibility system for a state client. Within the USDC ServiceNow practice, Sree serves as a lead, overseeing practitioner coordination encompassing staffing, mentoring, and recruitment efforts.

Shishir Srivastava

Shishir Srivastava is a USDC Solution Manager with over 14 years of experience, he is technically skilled ServiceNow expert with a rich history of leadership in diverse implementations and a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancements, IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and seamless integrations, notably eBonding. Proficient in translating complex business and technical needs into architectural blueprints, Shishir's development approach adheres to ServiceNow's agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring quality outcomes. He effectively manages and mentors his team, resolving technical challenges, and implementing technical governance for optimal instance health and reduced technical debt. Shishir's achievements include substantial version upgrades, successful FedRAMP high to GCC migrations, automating user processes, testing workflows, and designing business flows via ServiceNow Scoped Applications.
