Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a vital resource at companies for building employee engagement and enabling diverse voices to be heard. We are joined in conversation by Jenna DeWitt, Senior editor at Esri, to discuss founding that company’s LGBTQIA+ ERG: Prism.
