She has 30 years’ experience working in executive search on global C level and Director level search assignments for large multinational companies in consumer, retail, tech, construction, strategy consulting and other areas. She contracted for SoftwareOne for 3 years, then went permanent in March 2024. She loves to encourage women in the workplace and is a committee member of the Women in Business group at SoftwareOne UK, focusing on attracting, retaining and encouraging women in tech.
