Managing Director and Analytical Manager at S&P Global

Jim Fielding is a Managing Director and Analytical Manager at S&P Global Ratings. Jim began his career in operations before moving to an analytical role. Since then, he has had analytical and leadership roles across several analytical practices covering multiple industries including Real Estate, Industrials, Healthcare, and Natural Resources. As a leader he focuses on building diverse and inclusive teams, positioning colleagues for growth, and providing excellent customer service in support of the S&P Global brand. Born in New Jersey, Jim spent most of his 30-year career in New York before relocating to Colorado with his wife, youngest daughter, and his dog – where the family enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and hiking.

Shravanthi Kallem
Shravanthi Kallem
Director, Software Engineering at S&P Global

Shravanthi Kallem, a technology leader in climate engineering, oversees various climate products at Sustainable1 and S&P Global. For over a decade at S&P, she has collaborated with incredible colleagues on remarkable software engineering projects.

She has been fortunate to work with amazing leaders and managers who have always inspired her. Her leadership style centers on empowering and inspiring others to step up and take ownership. As a technology leader, she focuses on bringing teams across different functions together and laying out a plan for them to work collaboratively. She spearheads the development of software engineering strategies, including project planning, resource allocation, and technology stack selection at S1. One of her favorite activities is coaching people and helping them see their potential.

Beyond work, she loves exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with her husband and 7-year-old son through hiking, skiing, and biking.

Charles Worden
Charles Worden
ESG Client Engagement Manager - North America at S&P Global

As an ESG Client Engagement Manager, Charles Worden works with end clients to get the most value out of their sustainability data. His background in portfolio management helps him to understand the issues and opportunities clients face when navigating the ever-changing ESG landscape. When constructing a team, he encourages introspection on key areas or niches that are underrepresented. As a leader, he aims to foster open and continuous dialogue and sees his main role as removing roadblocks to allow members of the team to add value where they see most fit. He wholeheartedly enjoys his role as a contributor and manager at Sustainable1 and is excited to be able to take part in its expansive growth.

Mendo Kundevski, Head of North America Corporate Sustainability Solutions at S&P Global, is a Strategy Specialist focusing on stakeholder engagement, strategy and business development. He brings extensive experience across consulting, government, and industry. He focuses on delivering innovative, long-term solutions for public, private, and non-government organizations in sustainability, climate change, and energy transition. His leadership in global and national projects spans carbon markets, hydrogen, renewables, and bioenergy. Additionally, he is a U.S. expert in history, politics, climate policy, sustainability, energy geopolitics, and foreign policy.
